TOWN CENTER
Clementbox - Public Safety Bureau - Neighborhood Watch
Locus Cityβs town center is where all of its most important official business happens. Events are regularly hosted in the plaza. Clementbox agents and Public Safety officers can be seen bustling to and fro, Neighborhood Watch volunteers check in and out of their shifts, and thousands of people tap patterns into its paved sidewalks from morning til night.
The Clementbox, the Public Safety Bureau, and the Neighborhood Watchβs headquarters can all be found in the general vicinity of the town center.

CENTRAL PARK
Central Park has moved a bit from its historical location in the old borough of Manhattan, but its younger descendantβs purpose is generally the same. It is a green space at the center of the city, publicly funded, open to everyone, that encourages community and collaboration.
It offers a welcome respite from the paces and pressures of everyday life in Locus City.
BUSINESS DISTRICT
Logistics & Operations Bureau - Locus City Gem Society
It is immediately noticeable when one steps into Locus Cityβs Business District. Aside from the futuristic-leaning buildings and the silent hum of Endlectronics everywhere, the rate of sightings of salaryworkers, dressed business-casual, increases quite drastically. Employees of the Logistics and Operations Bureau and its subsidiaries have made their mark on this section of the city.
Its architecture represents change, transformation, and a transition between eras, with sights ranging from future retro and space age technology to sleek, modern, futuristic buildings.
Besides the LOGOPS buildings, there are quite a few small businesses and quick-service restaurants catering to the average office employee. Itβs not unusual to see lines out the door at noontime at particular popular lunch spots.
The Business District borders the Warehouse District, which LOGOPS organizations frequently utilize for storage and supply of their various products. The streets of the Warehouse District are more visibly brutalist, with concrete, solid lines, huge mechanical structures, and geometric shapes stretching as far as the eye can see.

MEDICAL DISTRICT
Celadon Medical Cooperative
The streets of the Medical District are always kept swept clean and tidy, just like the halls of the hospitals and medical buildings it houses. Wide, broad, gently curved buildings made of pale stone, glass, and metal sprawl from block to block, and itβs not an uncommon sight to see white-clothed medics and nurses entering and exiting the various facades.
Besides the functional parts of the district, like the smoothly paved roads and brightly-colored busses, the Medical Districtβs greenery is kept well-maintained and watered. Each meticulously cultivated plant is a testament to their never-ending mission β the preservation of life.

UNIVERSITY DISTRICT
Locus City University
The avaricious sprawl of minds and bodies hungry for knowledge is tangible no matter where one looks on Locus City Universityβs esteemed campus and district.
Between the massive library that houses the cityβs largest collection of physical and digital records, the dozens of buildings dedicated to cutting-edge research and experimentation, and the massive power grid that supports the largest surveillance system in the city, everything on LOCUβs campus is a feast for the scholarly senses.
Besides the facilities related to the subjects of study themselves, the LOCU campus also boasts an impressive fitness center, staff and student dormitories, an abundance of choices of restaurant, multiple study-friendly coffee shops and cafes, and a free counseling office.

Locus Cityβs Entertainment District may seem unassuming by day, but it truly begins to light up once the sun sets.
In the more renowned areas, flashy shopping malls and enormous theaters span entire blocks, providing no end to the possibilities of entertainment and amusement. Host and hostess clubs, arcades and cinemas, gaming and book cafes, and diners with gimmicky concepts and flashy servers line the streets. Supplies and small spaces dedicated to every hobby and interest imaginable can be found here β nothing is too niche.
In its less reputable spots, the alleys narrow and darken, and strange, small, occultic markets may begin to appear. Some of them claim to sell spiritual items to protect oneself from Grudges. Other organizations may ask tithe from local businesses to keep their foot traffic flowing.
However, these shadowy groups are always on the run from the vigilant eyes of the Clementbox, the Public Safety Bureau, and the Neighborhood Watch, so their influence is limited.

SOUTH SEAPORT
Well-recognized for its easy access to both the river and the ocean and mostly protected from the buffeting winds of the moving island by the other districts, Locus Cityβs South Seaport is a popular hub for food, drinks, and fresh seafood.
It is home to the largest fish and seafood market in the city. Many of the islandβs most well-recognized restaurants have made their names by its docks. Every pre-Endling cuisine can be found somewhere on the Seaportβs streets.
NORTH, EAST, WEST WARDS
The wards are some of the more recent regions around Locus City to be reclaimed by combatant expeditions. Development of the land there for human habitation by the Logistics & Operations Bureau is ceaseless and ongoing.
Trains run regularly from the Business & Warehouse Districts to the Wards, supplying essential development materials that will someday allow the population of Locus City to make those areas home, too.
SUBURBS
The area beside the South Seaport is similarly relatively protected from the dangerous elements of the rest of the island by its separation from the mainland.
As a result, a thriving community of suburbs and multi-generational family homes have sprung up there. Its close proximity to the Town Center makes it a popular place for employees with families and children to live.
