Celadon General Hospital is the beating heart of the sprawling medical complex that makes up the Medical District. Its slick, futuristic walls and surfaces shine with arrays of light colors, and white-buttoned medical professionals bustle to and fro, taking pages and fetching supplies, all of them united in the goal of prolonging life for even one second longer.
The hospital puts particular care into maintaining greenery in its public spaces. Any empty space is filled with vivid and verdant plant life that brightly contrasts the smooth, pale curves and flats of the rooms. Every main building and complex has a greenhouse at its heart, spilling over with all kinds of rare and delicate plants.
Cleanliness is considered of the utmost importance in every corner of the hospital. Multiple levels of basement space are dedicated to teams of Sterile Processing Technicians who work tirelessly to ensure CELMED medics, nurses, doctors, surgeons, and more have access to safe and pristine medical supplies at all times.
The rest of the sprawling expanse of the hospital is dedicated to every specialty and treatment option one can imagine. From compound medication to cutting edge intravenous technologies to new types of surgery, nothing health-related is too far outside CELMEDβs scope.

A gentle, somewhat calculating man with a peaceful smile.
Adamantius Tryggvi, despite being one of the rare citizens born without a heart ability, was considered a medical prodigy at an early age. By the time heβd reached his teens, heβd already entered Locus City Universityβs medical program β at age 19, heβd graduated with a degree specializing in heart studies and joined the Celadon Medical Cooperative.
After a decade of conscientious and diligent work, Adamantius had already made himself indispensable. Following a long period of high demand for medics, he was promoted by the previous CELMED director to act as a collaborative leader in a dual role capacity, overseeing the general hospitalβs day-to-day operations as well as its research and development ventures.
Nowadays, he leads the Celadon Medical Cooperative together with his husband, Theseus Tryggvi. Taking on work that keeps him behind the desk suits him quite well β his physical constitution has always been frail, and he rarely leaves the boundaries of CELMEDβs General Hospital unless his presence is formally requested in an urgent matter. -

Theseus Tryggvi is, perhaps, one of the only people outstanding enough to hold a candle to his illustrious husband, Adamantius.
He was appointed dual leader by the same CELMED director around the age of 25 and put in charge of overseeing training of new medics and emergency medic dispatch.
Theseusβs personality is markedly friendly and extroverted. Operators and agents often seek him out, rather than Adamantius, for advice and approvals, despite the fact that Adamantius is technically the senior between them, and for good reason β he always greets people with a sunny smile and whimsical attention.
His heart effect allows him to manipulate electricity. -

A veteran medic who has dedicated her life to researching phenomena related to heart. Satella Curassavica trained in medical studies from an early age and was personally recruited by the former director of the Celadon Medical Cooperative. She formally entered CELMEDβs ranks around the age of 20.
In her position, she has overseen the development of Desolation treatments like the Ego Diffuser alongside the previous director, as well as the development of Necrosis recovery drugs like V.E.I.N.S. together with Adamantius.
Nowadays, she appears to others as a stoic, serious, and reliable medic. Her many sentimental attachments to past employees and civilians have warmed her eyes and her outlook by a fraction. She actively takes part in mentoring young medics, and her current field of expertise revolves around helping patients adapt to changes to the sense of self as a result of heart usage.
Her heart effect allows her to freeze herself, resulting in a preservative effect. Recently has suffered from a Necrosis Stage 1 affliction that makes her body crystallize. This has taken over her right arm.
Her lifeβs goal is to find a stable cure for Necrosis. -

A kindly man with a welcoming smile and a warm, supportive demeanor.
Orvar Eskidsen technically began his career with the Neighborhood Watch. After volunteering there for quite a few years, he transferred to the Celadon Medical Cooperative in order to better support and uplift the community by providing psychiatric care.
He is more enthusiastic and earnest about patient care and support than anything. He tends to the humans under his watch as one would to delicate flowers β gently, with consideration and control. He advocated for the addition of an emotional support dog and cat to the veterinarianβs staff area.
His family owns a bar called UNDERBAR. Orvar occasionally moonlights as a bartender there in his rare time off from work.
